      Phoenix Villa in the heart of Camps Bay has ample indoor and outside space, and sleeps 12 people comfortably. Perfect self-catering accommodation for groups, families or film crews, Phoenix Villa consists of 3 levels, 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 outside decks, a garden and a swimming pool.

      This spacious, clutter-free Camps Bay villa lets in plenty of natural light, especially the middle level where the enormous sun room gives the feeling of space and light while being protected from the wind and the elements.

      The self-contained lower floor has a large, bright open-plan lounge and semi-equipped kitchen. Open the glass sliding doors to let fresh air in from the lovely private garden with its green lawn. The two twin-bedrooms with separate bathrooms are perfect for people sharing a room or teenagers looking for their own space.

      The Camps Bay strip with its famous beach, restaurants and bars is easily accessible from Phoenix Villa, as is Cape Town city centre which is a few minutes’ drive away or Hout Bay and the rest of the Cape Peninsula.

      Please make contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 9644 during office hours, or on +27 82 333 9084 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates are deemed to be a cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Your deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the said terms and conditions. No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information and communicated such to the client.
